Questions, answered
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes. Every machine includes free delivery and installation in Dubai, a 1-year machine warranty and free servicing every 4 months (3 services) during the first year.
How often do filters need changing?
As a guide: sediment filters every 3 months, the inline carbon post-filter every 2,500 gallons, and feed tubing once a year. Carbon pre-filters depend on usage and chlorine level, and RO membranes are replaced when TDS stays high. Replacement depends heavily on local water quality, so your technician will advise at each visit.
My purified water tastes bad. What should I do?
Usually the pre-filters or membrane are fouled, or the storage tank needs sanitising. We'll replace the pre-filter cartridges first, then the membrane if the taste persists. Book a service visit.
Water flow from the faucet is very low. Is it broken?
Common causes are low air pressure in the storage tank, a failed check valve or a fouled membrane. All are quick fixes for our technicians. Don't open the pressurised tank yourself.
The pump keeps switching on and off. Why?
Usually clogged pre-filters, low feed-water pressure or a pressure switch that needs adjusting. A quick service visit sorts it out.
Do you supply offices, restaurants, villas and hotels?
Yes. Our 200 to 6000 GPD commercial and industrial RO plants, stainless steel water coolers, jumbo filters and automatic softeners are designed for high-volume use. We'll visit the site, check feed-water pressure and recommend the right setup.
Where are your cartridges made?
Our premium filter cartridges are made in Korea and the USA. The Wonder series uses Filmtec RO membranes, and the commercial plants use USA-made membrane elements.
